Credit card payments received online will be processed in USD and debited at the current rate of exchange for other currencies.

Cancellation policy: Cancellation up to August 31, 2025, will be subject to a 25% administration charge (Without VAT). We regret that refunds after this date will not be available.

Industry/Exhibitor participants should register under the Full Registration (2-day). They will not be confirmed unless we receive the full contact details of the delegate and payment, including the direct email address.

Registration fee includes full registration to 2-day event, 2 lunches, 1 welcome dinner, coffee breaks and symposium bag. We do not store your credit card information or other sensitive data on our servers. For any transaction IEES uses the services of a secure payment gateway to provide safe and secure payment procedures. Your credit card information is never shared with third parties. It's transmitted via our website since the payment gateway is responsible for collecting, storing and encrypting your data. All the information that is collected is used for products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact and research.

After you have registered and paid from our website, you will get your special Hotel accommodation link. We do not guarantee available rooms at Alvear Palace Hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina. We recommend you register early to secure your hotel room.
